$\quad$ From whence there was nothing, everything was born. It is said that in the beginning of time, all that resided was the Darkness. An empty, hollow void; endless and eternal—save for an ever expanding light and warmth, a gentle hand stretched outward upon the sea of darkness that surrounded Her. An expanse of nothingness in which She sought to breathe life into. From her fingertips arose planets, and from her toes she left stars. A deity who, unlike many others, sought to create life in her wake. Whilst others created whole planes of existence, she cradled every small creation within her grasp with love and joy.
$\quad$ However, it wasn’t enough for her. The spark of life that rose and fell with her chest was simply not enough. Her passion and love was far greater than any begotten planet she could hold. She needed something to stay by her side—a child in which she could raise and watch grow. Something to love and to cherish forevermore. Thus, she created her first children, born from her love within the vastness of the Darkness; twin babes whom she called Cylia and Auero. A bright, beautiful daughter with the personality of flame and sunshine, and a cold, gentle son with a preposition comparable to the solemn quiet around them. One embodied a great burning star; the sun, whilst the other embodied the cold, wondrous moon.
$\quad$ Overcome with joy, Saia shed her very first tears into the vast, dark seas. Together with her beloved children, she took the remnants of her tears and past creations to create what is now known as [[Syphora]]—the very first planet to be warmed by her sun, and shadowed by her moon. A world yet to flourish, but potential beyond any other she or any deity had ever seen before.
$\quad$ As such, new eyes flickered to the Mother Goddess—ones of curiosity, envy, and malice.
$\quad$ A war would soon brew in the chasm of darkness; a war between deities and the primordial titans—entities of chaotic element and magic borne of godly emotion; the first creations of the Gods. What we now know as the Betrayer Gods, and many others, fought by the titans’ side, seeking destruction and bedlam. But in the end, those who fought against their havoc reigned victorious. An end to a war that lost many.
$\quad$ In the eons of existence onwards, many deities now found themselves together in union—either beside the Mother Goddess, [[Saia]], or against her and her creations. With the aid from the deities of the elements—[[Nothrih]], [[Ra’thori]], [[Seiyu]], and [[Khor]]—a new era of prosperity and life began in the newborn world of Syphora. Seiyu brought oceans and seas; creatures of water, Nothrih expanded grasslands and nature while constructing mountains with Khor, who blew winds and weather at the aid of the others, while Ra’thori erupted molten rock and magma and raised fires to better mold the earth. From then on, all life in Syphora would soon take root and flourish.
$\quad$ Through every last flicker of light, ray of sunshine, or moonlit sky does the Goddess speak. Through every facet of life on Syphora does She whisper words of love and adoration. Her arms cradle the earth in which each blessed creature upon the land walks, protecting all life with her very soul. It is for She that all have to thank for each blessing and day. It is for Her in which all breathe and work for a better future. Through all hardships, the Goddess has given her life to enrapture the world of Syphora in prosperity, and peace. For she who has sacrificed beyond any mortal comprehension.
$\quad$ Thank the Goddess for all she has given; Thank the Goddess for all she has lost;
$\quad$ Thank the Goddess for all that we hold dear, and never let go.
