**Ouion'e** <span style="color:rgb(145, 145, 145)">(/ eye-oon/, / eye-yawn/, or / oo-ee-oon/)</span>, also known as the **Blind Judge**, is the goddess of time, justice, and order. It is said that it's thanks to Ouion'e that life may feel logical. Most believe that it is thanks to her that the world harbors immense pride and care in looking upon the world with a rational mind. Law of time, mind, or even civilization is said to be thanks to the works of Ouion'e herself.

Ouion'e is often described as an unperceivable, stoic entity who seeks solely to bear the epitome and strong hand of law and justice into life itself. Her depictions range from a woman with long, messy hair to choppy, short hair with warm, dark skin. Her body is adorned with a flowing cheongsam with imagery scattered about the fabric. Upon her face is always a dark blindfold with eyes never seen and never depicted.

Ouion'e is revered for being an entity of pure order and justice. Worshippers of Ouion'e will often harbor an intense desire to bring justice and solace to the world in their wake.
