C'est la vie! <b>"</b></div> **Lucia Aurore Axonder** is a half-elf princess of the [[Kingdom of Axonder]]. She bears the Sanctis of Dawn, the same as her father. In opposition to her mother, she rarely visits the people of Axonder and is therefore typically seen as reclusive or sheltered. <div> <div class="page-container"> <div class="page-card target-flip-card"> <div class="page-face front"><img src="profile-card-lucia.png"> </div> <div class="page-face back"> <img src="profile-card-lucia.png"> </div> </div> </div> </div> ## Appearance Lucia has soft blonde hair that fades a quarter's length down into white. Her very wavy hair curls a bit and parts in the middle, reaching down to her mid-back. Her eyes are otherworldly—deep purple irises with pinkish-purple and violet highlights. Her skin is near porcelain pale and her nails are painted the same royal purple as her family's color. She adorns a white lace choker with a bow and often wears a large, white bow in the back of her hair. Her main outfit consists of a long, frilly white dress with purple bows and a pale yellow sash. Her shoes are most similar to white mary janes with purple frills and a bow. She also wears white lace cuffs adorned with pure white crystals attached with gold wire and white lace stockings with small bows. She often will sneak other white bows onto whatever outfit she wears—whether that be on her stockings, shoes, dress, or otherwise. She has a light Axondéen <span style="color:rgb(97, 97, 97)">(/ ak-ss-ahn-dee-yawn/)</span> accent—the equivalent of a French accent. She is also transfem and presents very feminine. <br> ## Personality ☽ *courteous* • *elegant* • *driven* • *awkward* • *studious* • *dutiful* • *selectively improper* • *reckless* ☾ Rarely venturing outside of her family's palace, the [[Palais de Lumiere]], she typically keeps to her studies and burying her nose in books. Due to this, she tends to not vocalize her thoughts and acts very quietly or to herself. She is nearly always taking steps towards an understanding of knowledge and magic. Her endeavors often lead to her sneaking out of the castle to visit the [[Library of Eon]] and other such resources for her personal studies. It's fairly often that she will pursue any route that best benefits her. She tends to be very internal in her thoughts as well as self-centered and self-obsessed, but is very sweet, albeit awkward, to those she does meet and speak to... Despite avoiding such interactions. She is incredibly soft-spoken but isn't afraid to put herself on the line in combat or violence, and won't shy away from crude remarks or behavior unbefitting a princess. She also has a tendency to put herself in harms way; reckless with both her life and actions. <br> ## Biography #### Birth of La Petite Lumière ... ( 710 P.D. ) Lucia was born to [[Aurora Axonder]] and [[Aeon Axonder|Aeon Umbrael Axonder]] in the year 710 P.D. She was born the princess and heir to the [[Kingdom of Axonder]]... ✶ <br> #### Her Father's Sickness ... ( ~722 P.D. ) Since her father the King fell ill, people say that she has taken to assisting her mother in the affairs of nobility. Even still, her appearance remained only whispers among the people as rumors ran amuck in whether the Princess existed, lived, or if any of the nobility *truly* knew her or worked alongside her. It was during this time that not only did her mother take over leadership, but also that [[Ofort Cera-kol]] and [[Viviana D'Aquil]] were hired by the royal family itself to act as her protector and teacher respectively. Two people that helped shape her motives, understanding, and life through her adolescence. <br> #### The Ceremony of Veil... ( 730 P.D. ) Her mystery persisted until an announcement cried out through the Kingdom—They were to hold the first of a new celebration dubbed the Ceremony of Veil; a festivity dedicated to the kingdom's strength, perseverance, and their princess's coming-of-age birthday celebration, and to officially introduce her into society on the 15th of Cyswinne. However, a little over a week before the celebration, she presented herself within the Kingdom without a word—Staying a week in the city of [[Fyrêt]] to help assess and direct willing people to various outbreaks of monsters led by [[the Sombre]]. There, she first met [[Noire Nyxhallow]], [[Riven Nyxhallow]], [[Ingalante Calion]], and [[Iavir Waesleth]]—nobles of varying status, and the latter two even from other kingdoms, before directing them to the village of [[Aronstead]]. Shortly after, the princess grew restless, forcing her personal guard, [[Ofort Cera-kol]], to take her to the village the following morning in duress of the group's safety. Upon arrival, she met them again before chaos ensued—a giant skeleton, once-slain the night before, rose again to seek destruction. Aiding the group, Lucia released the giant skeleton's soul before staying the night at the village and socializing amongst those in her company, then sharing a room and bonding with Noire. The following week, the Ceremony of Veil commenced. But shortly after greeting the group, then standing before the courtyard and making the ceremony's opening speech, her magic suddenly exploded into a shockwave of energy that brought upon a harrowing influx of sombre upon the palace. Fleeing to safety, the group found her breaking down in the throne room before a giant shadowy beast broke in through the window. Promptly beating the beast with heavy injury, they all ran to the courtyard to find many people lying bloodied in battle with creatures of darkness and aided best they could to protect and fight before the three giant skeletons fell and were promptly released by unseen magic cast by King Aeon from within his bedchamber. It was this afternoon the group met the King and Queen of Axonder, and where Lucia truly found comfort and friendship in their company... Particularly Noire, of whom she impulsively kissed that afternoon. It was this evening that Lucia and Noire learned of the truth of their sanctis; That Lucia bore the Sanctis of Dawn and Noire the Sanctis of Twilight.
